A super-strong and ultra-light bolt handle for the Tikka T3 and T3x which is CNC machined from grade 5 aerospace titanium alloy. Whether you are building the ultimate light-weight mountain rifle or need to shave a precious few ounces off that competition benchrest rig, or like us, you simply want to use the best gear available, then this is the ultimate Tikka handle. Weighing just half an ounce (14.2g) this is half the weight of the original factory handle but offering greater leverage and grip. We inspect every handle for tooling marks, swirls, or post-machining blemishes then test fit to a specially made dovetail gage prior to packing. We have designed the dovetail for a tight fit into the mating slot of the Tikka T3x bolt body.

This part may not be a ‘drop-in’ fit for your individual rifle; some fitting may be required. Bear in mind that you are purchasing a handle which has been machined to be a much tighter fit than the mass-produced unit that your rifle came with. There exist variations between individual rifles of the slot dimensions in the bolt body where the handle slides into. The angles of this ‘dovetail’ will vary between individual rifles. Our Tikka T3 / T3x handles are machined in this critical dimension to tolerances of ± 0.025mm (± 0.001″) and we verify these dimensions for every single handle before they are packed using EDM-cut go and no-go gauges. Variations like this are common with mass-produced factory rifles, in the majority of cases our handle will slot firmly into the bolt body with minimal movement, however in some instances minor filing or stoning of one or both angles of our handle will be required to see it fit. If in doubt, take it to your gunsmith.
