As Defiance continues to innovate and find new ways to better serve our customers, we have pushed the envelope again. The Defiance Ti – X is an ultra-lightweight TITANIUM action with integral scope mounts and recoil lug that shares the same guaranteed head-space measurement as our Ruckus, Tenacity, and Anti custom precision rifle actions. Constructed from Titanium giving the upmost weight savings possible! The Ti-X is the epitome of lightweight and performance and Defiance’s interpretation of “ounces equal pounds” with a long action weighing only 18.1 ounces. Machined from aerospace-grade Titanium, the receiver includes an integral scope rail, recoil lug and a 4340-chrome moly bolt with aluminum shroud. The Ti-X also features full DLC coating to ensure you will experience maximum smoothness, reliability and repeatability that you have come to expect from Defiance.

Manufacturing

Bolt machined from one piece of pre-hardened 4340 chrome moly in one operation enabling guaranteed headspace +/- .001″.
Receiver machined from one piece of TI-6AL-4V.
Wire EDM-cut, full-length lug ways with anti-bind result in smooth bolt operation.
Primary extraction design significantly increases initial extraction and ensures smooth bolt cycling.
