Once your suppressor purchase is finalized with J&A Outdoors, a Form 3 will be filed with the ATF requesting approval to transfer your suppressor to your chosen FFL. Initial processing can take 3-7 business days. Customers may help expedite this time frame by requesting the chosen FFL to send a copy of their FFL & SOT to support@jaoutdoors.com Please note, initial processing time may be delayed further if your chosen FFL fails to provide required documentation in a timely manner. Once submitted, it takes 7-21 days for J&A Outdoors to receive the Form 3 approval. As soon as the approval is received, your suppressor and any accessories will be shipped to your chosen FFL within 24-48 business hours. Your chosen FFL will then contact you once it is received and you may complete your Form 4 processing at their facility.Â

J&A Outdoors will only ship suppressors to Class III FFL holders. BATF regulation information for Suppressor ownership are as follows:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be a U.S. citizen.Â
Have no felony convictions or domestic violence convictions.Â
Have no dishonorable discharge.Â
Not deemed mentally unstable by a competent authority.Â
The NFA rules/laws are posted through the BATF website. At this time, the following states DO NOT ALLOW private ownership of suppressors: CA, MA, DE, HI, NJ, NY, RI, IL, District of Columbia. CA allows class 3 dealers and class two manufacturers to possess suppressors.

ADG manufactured brass is optimized not only for consistency in performance, but also for durability. One of the ways we accomplished this is by optimizing the material in specific areas to strengthen it. With the optimized material geometry, our brass will generally have a different case volume than most other manufacturer’s brass and therefore will require a different charge weight to achieve the same pressures and velocities. We recommend using a reputable load data source and working up from their recommended minimum starting loads.
We recommend reducing any existing charge weights by 10% and re-developing your specific load when replacing any component in a load recipe with a new component (brass, projectile, primer, or powder type). Failure to reduce charge weights established using other manufacturers brass may result in higher pressures and velocities while using ADG brass and may result in unsafe pressure levels.
