Carbon Engineered for Precision
Fiber Orientation
Unlike other companies that wrap carbon fiber helically around the barrel liner, HCA barrels take full advantage of the strength of carbon fiber by maintaining a continuous and parallel orientation with the bore, providing unrivaled strength and rigidity.
Low Resin Content
Unlike competitors who saturate their carbon fiber in heat trapping resin, we’re running a true 40% resin ratio by volume. This improves rigidity and heat dissipation!
Premium barrel liners
Quality is priority #1, and that means working with the best barrel liners possible. By partnering up with Premium cut barrel manufacturers, we’ve solidified our place in carbon barrel market. One of the leading precision barrel manufacturers partnered with the most advanced composite technology means we are here to stay.
